CenturyLink data centre services, provided in partnership with Cyxtera Technologies, offer you an extension of your IT staff. We work with your team to help ensure a consistent environment for your co-location services while proactively working with you to future proof your environment. Our experienced team of engineers hold all the major certifications from PMP, ITIL to vendor hardware and equipment such as CiscoCCNA, and Alcatel Lucent SRC, and Data Centre and Structured Cabling certifications such as BICSI, CDCMP and CDCBP.
Gold Support leverages the experience of our professionals to be your remote hands and eyes to save you time and resources by trouble-shooting minor technical issues, such as:
Monthly Recurring Gold Support: Purchase according to your monthly requirements (10 hour, 5 hour and 1 hour per month increments) and once your commitment is utilised each month, you can receive additional Ad-Hoc Gold Support-ideal for organisations that have routine monthly maintenance activities. Unused hours do not roll over at the end of the month.
Prepaid Gold Support: Purchase according to your requirements (10 hour, 5 hour and 1 hour increments) and once your commitment is utilised, you may buy another block of hours or you can receive additional Ad-Hoc Gold Support. Hours never expire-ideal for organisations that periodic support needs that may vary month to month.
Ad-Hoc Gold Support: May be requested on an “as needed” basis, billed hourly, in 15 min increment. This option is often used by clients who do not know their remote hands needs. Once a baseline is established, clients are able to select the monthly plan that best fits their needs, receiving the same support on at a lower effective hourly rate.
