This replaced multiple vendors the bank depended on for unreliable service and gave them redundancy in case of a natural disaster. With a simpler, faster network-speeds went from 1.5Mbps to 10Mbps-voice and data were consolidated into a single platform and customer satisfaction rose quickly.
